What data we process

Only the data you provide through the contact form or by email: first name, last name, email, company and the content of your message.

Why we use it

• To answer your enquiries and requests for technical information, samples or advice.
• To manage any commercial or pre-contractual relationship arising from your enquiry.

We do not make automated decisions or create profiles with your data.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and, afterwards, for the legal periods during which liabilities may arise.

Who it is shared with

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. Our service providers (web hosting and email) may access it as data processors, under contract and with GDPR safeguards. They are Hostinger (website hosting, where a copy of form requests is stored) and Microsoft (email). If you accept analytics cookies, Google Ireland Limited processes browsing data for statistical purposes (see the Cookie policy).

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to tecnico@access-safety.es, stating the right you wish to exercise. You may also withdraw your consent at any time.

If you believe we have not processed your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
